You can return an item(s) within 30 days of receipt of the item. If you would like to return an item(s), please email us at email@example.com or call us at 260-693-8181 with your order number and reason for return WITHIN 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and have received approval from the Vision Woodwerx that return meets correct guidelines. Any damage to the item(s) such as rips, tears, dents, etc. will be evaluated, and the cost to return the item to its original condition will be deducted from your refund amount. Vision Woodwerx does not refund shipping and handling fees.
Steps to Return an Item(s):
Contact Us – Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 260-693-8181 and provide us with your order number and reason for return.
Return Packaging – Pack your return item(s) with all original packaging in the manner in which it arrived. You can always add extra packaging to protect the return item(s) if needed. Return postage will be paid at owner’s expense. We cannot accept any returns that come back damaged due to a lack of poor packaging.
Ship – When you package your product for return shipping, make sure to put your order number on the return label or clearly marked on top of the package.
Refund – Once we have received your returned item(s), verified the item(s), and checked to make sure they are not damaged, we will begin to process your refund of 50% of purchase price including tax minus cost to return to original condition.
* If returned items are damaged in transit, we will contact you. We’ll then set your package aside for (30) days to give you time to file and process a claim with your shipper or carrier.
Clearance items (Clearance items are sold as is)
Items in less than new condition
Items returned in non-original packaging or poor packaging
Items returned due to unexpected or out of our control shipping delays (like weather issues or other issues that could cause shipping delays)
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order and if you make a mistake on your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY to notify us of any changes within 24 hours (1 business day) of placing the order. If we are not notified within 3 days of your order cancellation, we cannot cancel the order and will continue to build and ship it to you. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus processing fees based on specific timeframes.

For custom orders, if you contact us within 24 hours (1 business day) of placing your order, you will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
If you do not notify us within 3 business days of your order cancellation, there will be a cancellation charge. There will be a 25% cancellation fee.
If you notify us after 24 hours (1 business day), but within 3 business days, you may be charged an additional 10% cancellation fee IF manufacturing on the item(s) has begun.

All large furniture products will be shipped freight with lift gate option to provide you great service to the very end. If you do not require lift gate service, call us for special discount. Once the product(s) have shipped, plan on transit time taking 7-12 business days depending on location, season, and size of shipment, and other factors.
