Order Terms & Returns
Any changes to your order or cancellation must be made within 48 hours from order placement. Please email sales@visionwoodwerx.com to cancel or modify your order. We will work with the builder to try and accommodate any changes made after the 48-hour mark, but they are not guaranteed. Changes made after the 48-hour mark are subject to an additional fee, plus any extra costs associated with the change. Canceled orders within 48 hours of placement will receive a full refund. If your order is canceled after the 48-hour mark, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Furniture production will usually be completed anywhere from 7-10 weeks and delivery can take 2-4 weeks, depending on where you are located (currently only delivering to the contiguous 48 states). We try to keep our website updated with the most current lead times from the builder. Extended build times and/or shipping delays do not permit cancellation or a refund of your order.
All of our furniture goes through quality inspection before shipping. Our shippers are professionals at shipping and delivering furniture and will ensure your items are securely wrapped and handled with care. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your furniture upon delivery for any damage. If there is any damage, we will work with you to make it right.
If there is no damage and you would like to return your furniture, you must email a return request to sales@visionwoodwerx.com within 7 days of receiving your furniture. You will be responsible for return shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee will apply, as our furniture is custom-built. No returns are available for gift cards.
