For customers choosing local pickup, furniture will need to be picked up at our shop (120 S Main St Churubusco IN 46723) within 5 business days from the date of completion. Customer is responsible for providing transportation and packing blankets/materials for transporting their furniture. Customer will receive information ahead of time on the approximate dimensions of items to be picked up. No costs associated with transporting the furniture will be paid for by Vision Woodwerx. Also, Vision Woodwerx is not responsible for any damage to furniture once customer has transported the items.

Unless you opt for local pickup, your furniture will be delivered to your doorstep using our reliable furniture delivery services. Rest assured, all our furniture undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipping. It will be carefully blanket-wrapped and handled during transportation. Once your furniture is picked up from the builder, the delivery service will directly contact you to arrange the delivery date, time, and provide instructions. Most of our delivery services offer order tracking, allowing you to monitor your delivery at every stage.

With Standard Curb Side Delivery, the furniture is delivered to your property. Shipping materials are removed, but no assembly is included. 

With our White Glove Premium Delivery, your furniture will be transported to the location you specify. The delivery team will remove the shipping materials and, if necessary, perform light assembly. However, it's your responsibility to ensure the area where the furniture will be placed and the path to that area are free of hazards and obstructions. Please ensure the furniture can fit through any stairs, doorways, or openings. The delivery team is not authorized to remove doors, windows, or make any structural alterations for delivery. They also cannot move or remove any existing furniture or items.

Our delivery services have set routes that run either weekly or bi-weekly. If your furniture is completed just after the cut-off date for the next route, you could have to wait up to 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Most furniture is delivered within 1-2 weeks of completion. Per our Order Terms, shipping delays do not permit cancellation or a refund of your order.
